How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver goods to you as soon as we receive your order and payment has cleared.
What are your delivery charges?
The delivery charges are a flat fee of £2.95.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Absolutely! Please request this when you get to the checkout area and tick the box with a brief message. An additional fee of £2.00 will be charged for this service. This includes wrapping paper, a handwritten message and a ribbon or bow. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during delivery. This service is only applicable to the UK.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
We are here to make shopping easy! So if you want your delivery sent to another address please let us know in the checkout area where you will be given this option. We still require your billing address details.
What is your returns procedure?
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, under the distance selling regulations we will happily exchange your product within 14 days. Provided that you have notified us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail, or by post. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect, Solo and Switch payments.
Is it safe to order online?

This means any details or data inputted by you is coded and only readable by us. Where you see the padlock, this confirms that you are in a secure area.
