And now to the legal stuff! We like to have an informal approach to Miss Savvy but we are strongly advised by the legal people to inform you of the following!
Access to and use of this Web site and the products and search services available through this Web site (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). Misssavvy.com shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the Misssavvy.com Web site. This includes pricing and postage.
Ordering
You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Misssavvy.com unless Misssavvy.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will have been effectively communicated to you at the time Misssavvy.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Misssavvy.com of your offer to buy goods from Misssavvy.com or a 3rd party supplier engaged on your behalf by Misssavvy.com.
Prohibitions
You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; send or receive any material which is in any way offensive or obscene, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights; act contrary to the acceptable use policies of any Linked Sites or community standards generally; transmit or distribute a virus; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other Users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's trade marks or other proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or other promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through the Misssavvy.com Web site.
Legal Disclaimer
The services and all information, products and other content included in or accessible from this web site and the linked sites, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are subject to change at any time without notice to you. Every effort is made to provide the correct descriptions, colour and measurements of each product. Bearing in mind all measurements are approximate and colours shown are to the best the photography processes of each product allows.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, under the distance selling regulations we will happily exchange your product within 14 days. Provided that you have notified us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail, or by post. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at Misssavvy.com's election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Misssavvy.com, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this Web site or any Linked site in the event that Misssavvy.com have elected England as the jurisdiction.
Entire Terms
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Misssavvy.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Misssavvy.com.
